To definitively characterize 30 adult LBCL cases situated within Waldeyer's ring, we executed a combination of fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), genomic expression profiling (GEP) (using HTG Molecular Inc.'s DLBCL COO assay), and next-generation sequencing (NGS), focusing on identifying the presence of LBCL-IRF4.
